Cancel before dispatch
If your order has not yet been handed to the shipping agent, contact us promptly to request cancellation. We will arrange a full refund. If it has already been handed over, please use the return process below.
Change-of-mind returns
Request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. Send the item within 14 days after submitting your return request. Applicable statutory rights take precedence where they provide otherwise.
You may reasonably open and inspect an item to check its function. Opening the package alone does not automatically remove return rights. Where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase, you are responsible for the direct, reasonable cost of returning a change-of-mind item. We refund the price of the returned goods, without deducting the original payment-processing fee. For a full-order return made under a statutory withdrawal right, we also refund the original standard outbound delivery charge where required by law (including applicable EU rules); an optional express-delivery surcharge may be excluded where the law permits. Installation, soldering or use beyond reasonable inspection may affect the item's value and will be assessed under applicable rules.
Damage, wrong item or an issue on first use
Please contact us as soon as practical. Contacting us within 7 days is recommended to make it easier to review delivery evidence; this is not a cutoff and does not limit later warranty or statutory rights. Your order number and photos or a description of the issue are enough to start. An unboxing video is not required.
12-month commercial warranty
For 12 months from delivery, FlyingRC provides free repair or replacement for manufacturing defects arising during normal use. If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved by repair or replacement, we will arrange a refund. This commercial warranty is additional to, and does not replace or reduce, any statutory rights that apply to your purchase.
A confirmed manufacturing defect's reasonable return and replacement shipping costs are covered by FlyingRC. For a low-value item with clear evidence, we may arrange a replacement or refund without requiring the item to be returned; we will confirm this case by case.
- Damage caused by a crash, water, reverse polarity, out-of-spec power, an electrical short circuit or soldering modification is not covered as a manufacturing defect when the damage is attributable to that cause.
- Using firmware supported for the product does not by itself void warranty coverage. We assess the cause of the reported damage.
How the process works
- We aim to send an initial response within 2 business days.
- We may first help troubleshoot remotely. If a return is appropriate, we will provide a return reference, confirmed address and shipping instructions.
- A return reference helps coordinate logistics; it is not a condition for exercising statutory rights.
- Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. For a quality issue, no handling fee is charged. After receiving the return or valid proof of shipment, we aim to initiate the refund within 5 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it.
- Any standard outbound shipping charge that must be refunded under applicable law will be included.
